Mini Shakeology Pies


For the filling:

-1 scoop of Shakeo

-2 tbsp of softened butter

-4 tbsp peanut butter

-I add almond milk until I get the consistency I want.

Blend it well with a mixer.
For the crust:
-1 c almond meal

-1/2 tsp Baking powder

-1/4 tsp Salt

-2 tbsp honey

-1/4 tsp powdered stevia

-1/4 c peanut butter

-2 tbsp softened butter

-2 tbsp of a beaten egg

-1/2 tsp vanilla
Put about a tbsp of the crust into mini muffin liners & form it into the cup with your hands!

Bake at 325 for 15-20 min until edges are brown. Flatten the inside of the cups & let cool.
It made 24 little pudding cups. Mix the filling together & add drop by a spoon into the cups!

Would be awesome for kids to do!!!

For containers: I counted 3 as a serving of 1 yellow 1 orange
