Baked Buffalo Wings

Oh snap y’all! Since I started making these, I prefer to have wings at home than at a bar! Pretty unheard of, right?

Here’s whatcha do:

  • Oven to 400 degrees.
  • In a large bowl combine:
    • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Add in 2 lbs of chicken wings (I buy the drummettes) & stir well.
  • Spread evenly on 2 baking sheets lined with aluminum foil.
  • Bake for 25 minutes and flip them.
  • Bake for another 20-25 minutes.
  • In another large bowl, combine:
    • 1 tbsp grass-fed butter or ghee melted
    • 1/4 c hot sauce (I use Cholula)
    • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • When the wings are done, coat them in the sauce and serve with some crisp veggies & this homemade ranch dressing!
