Ya caught me. I’ve been TOTALLY slacking on sharing my meal plans. Sometimes life gets sooooo busy that I have a hard time remembering where I put my list that I wrote the meal plan on…not to mention where I put my cell phone (when it’s literally in.my.hand-you know what I’m talkin about)!!!

So I’m really gonna put in some effort with this! The plans are gonna be a week behind, kinda like our pay with work haha, so we’re all used to that type of schedule. It’ll give me time to get the recipes on here too… it’s a win-win! If it helps ya out, please let me know! If you want anything in particular…let me know that too!

I went to Nashville a couple weekends ago for Beachbody’s bomb diggity Summit and my mind was COMPLETELY blown away!!! The vision for a company that puts people ahead of the dollar-pretty much unheard of-which totally inspired me and made me feel valued and appreciated! If you don’t feel that way with your job, talk to me. This thing is legit.

Moving forward… I picked up Autumn Calabrese’s new cookbook, “Fixate” and any new cookbook gives me inspiration in the kitchen! A lot of this meal plan is from it and you should totally get it!
